Welcome to the Birmingham UK Branch of the International Plastic Modellers’ Society. We are a friendly and welcoming group of all ages and abilities from across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, united in our passion for building, painting and displaying plastic models from all genres and interests.

We meet twice per month: our main meeting with our monthly competition table is on the third Sunday of every month from 3:30pm to 6:00pm at Longbridge Methodist Church, 1654-8 Bristol Road South, Longbridge, B45 9TY. Tea and coffee are provided free of charge, and new members are welcome to attend 3 meetings for free before being asked to join for the annual sum of just £20.00 – juniors (under 18s) are free of charge.

Our second meeting is the more informal Build Night, which takes place on the first Thursday of each month from 7:00pm to 10:00pm at the church. Here, we meet and bring our current works in progress to build and paint together, have a chat, and drink the all-important free tea and coffee! Please remember to bring a cutting mat to protect the church’s tables.
